Drink-driver Kamil Olszewski has been banned from the roads for 18 months.
The 21-year-old was stopped by the police as he rode a moped in Stoke Road, Gosport, on September 4. A blood test revealed he had 159 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes.
Olszewski, of High Street, Gosport, pleaded guilty to drink-driving when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court. He also admitted failing to turn up at court when he was due before the magistrates on November 2. He was fined £550 and ordered to pay £100 in costs.
