A drink-driver who was almost three times the legal alcohol limit has been banned from the roads.
Simon Davies, 42, of Lindbergh Close, Rowner admitted driving a Citroen Dispatch van in Fareham Road, Gosport, after drinking too much on August 8.
A test revealed his breath contained 104 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mg.
Davies was told to do 100 hours of unpaid work and banned from driving for two years by Fareham magistrates. He was also told to pay £85 in costs.
