Wine thief Alexander Rees has been put under supervision.
Rees, 21, of Ham Lane, Gosport, pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of cabernet sauvignon wine from Budgens at Stubbington Green, Stubbington, on September 30.
He also pleaded guilty to committing the offence while subject to a community order.
Rees was put under supervision for nine months by Fareham magistrates.
He admitted a charge of using threatening words or behaviour at Stubbington Green on the same day.
However no separate penalty was imposed.
