Detectives hunt three men following attack

The 48 year old victim was attacked in Agnew Road, Bridgemary when he was approached from behind after visiting the Nobes Avenue shops.  One of the three men hit the man and he fell to the ground.  The trio then demanded he hand over the alcohol he had just brought.  He was kicked in the back before the group ran off.

The attack happened at around 15:30 on Wednesday 26th February.

The first man was between 18 and 20 years old, slim, 5ft 8ins tall and had short cropped black hair.  He was wearing a black hoodie, black jeans and black Nike trainers.

The second man was also 5ft 8ins tall and slim.  He was wearing a white tracksuit jacket with a yellow stripe down the arm and blue jeans.

The third attacker was between 18 and 20, slim and has light brown hair.  He was wearing a white and red jacket and blue jeans.

Detectives want to hear from anyone who was in the area of Agnew Road and Cameron Close at the time.  Call Fareham CID on 101.
