This FREE 45 minute interactive training tool helps volunteers, neighbours, the general public and professionals to help people to stay well, independent and safe in their own homes for as long as possible.
With a focus on helping people to help themselves, thinking about quality of life and remember to ‘Think Carers!’, this light touch training tool will help anyone to support someone in their local community. The training also introduces the new ‘Connect to Support’ website which offers information and a directory of services for Hampshire residents.
