International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation 2018
International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation is a United Nations-sponsored annual awareness day that takes place on February 6 as part of the UN’s efforts to eradicate female genital mutilation.
Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner and his office are calling time on FGM, which is happening all over the UK. They are working with community groups and statutory organisations to end FGM in our communities and protect girls and women from harm.
