A 61 year old drink driver has been banned from getting behind the wheel.
Michael Quainton, of St Edwards Road, Gosport, admitted driving a Rover in Chilworth Grove, Gosport, after drinking too much.
A test revealed his breath contained 40 mircogrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mg.
Quainton was told to pay £190 in a fine and costs and banned from driving for a year by Fareham magistrates.
