A man who assaulted two police officers has been ordered to do unpaid work.
Michael Barnett, 33, denied assaulting the officers – one in Gosport and one in Fareham – on September 15, but he was found guilty by Fareham magistrates.
Barnett, who lives care of Beauchamp Avenue, Gosport, was also found guilty of using threatening words or behaviour in Gosport on the same day. He was told to do 100 hours of unpaid work and attend an enhanced thinking skills programme.
