Safer Gosport Community Day 2025
This year’s Safer Gosport Community Day 2025 was held on Saturday 8th March 2025 in Lawrence Square, High Street and Town Hall Reception.
The Community Day was supported by various partners and organisations including Community First Gosport, Stop Domestic Abuse, Victim Support, Andy’s Man Club, Motiv8, Streetscene Enforcement, and GBC’s Health and Wellbeing officer. The Repair Café utilised space inside the Town Hall to offer their expertise in fixing broken items.
The vehicle display outside successfully engaged a larger number of the public passing by. The vehicles and organisations based outside included Police, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service with an appliance, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire Dogs, South Central Ambulance Service accompanied by First responders with demonstrations, SERV Wessex, GAFIRS and Y Services in their big yellow bus.
