Appeal following serious injury collision

Can you help after a serious injury collision in Gosport yesterday morning?

Officers are investigating a collision in Gosport which has left an 80 year-old man in hospital with serious injuries.

At 10:30am on Thursday, January 19th, A silver Audi A4 estate was involved in a collision with a mobility scooter which was crossing weevil lane close to the junction with the A32 (Mumby Road).

The mobility scooter rider was taken to QA Hospital in Cosham to be treated for injuries including broken bones. His condition is described as serious, but stable. No-one else was hurt.
