Police are receiving reports of bicycle thefts around the area.
These bikes are in back gardens and in open spaces such as the Ferry Gardens area.
These bikes are either unlocked or have flimsy cable locks.
Please ensure if you lock your bike, that it is a strong lock and it is tied to something.
This will make it more difficult for the thieves to get hold of them.
