The Community Safety Team, together with colleagues from the Police and Accredited Community Safety Officers (ACSOs), are planning to ensure that everyone has a festive but safe Christmas this year.
The team will set up the Community Safety van opposite Wetherspoons in Gosport High Street, on Friday 23 December, where from 2pm – 6pm we will aim to raise public awareness about alcohol and the amount you drink.
We hope to catch people on their way to the pub in order to give out packs containing safety related information and freebies. Hopefully this, plus a non-alcoholic drink and mince pie will ensure you have a safe and Happy Christmas!
