Communities Defeat Terrorism

If you’ve seen or heard something that could potentially be related to terrorism, trust your instincts and report it. Your actions could save lives.

It’s the time of year when Christmas Markets start popping up around the country.

With so much to do and see, we are encouraging everyone to remain alert.

Police depend on information from the public. They can be our eyes and ears and help keep themselves, their neighbours and communities safe by looking out for suspicious activity and reporting it.

When attacks have occurred in the past, people have said they suspected something was wrong, but worried they may waste police time by coming forward. Or that it might get someone into trouble.

By working together with the police, staying alert and thinking about your safety and security at home, work and when socialising, terrorists will find it harder to plan, or stage, an attack.

If you see something that doesn’t feel right, report it to https://act.campaign.gov.uk/
