Magistrates have fined a man for driving without insurance or a licence.
Daniel Baldacchino, 37, of Vicarage Terrace, Gosport, admitted committing the offences in Gunners Way, Gosport.
He was told to pay £750 by Fareham magistrates. Six points were added to his licence.
