Magistrates have fined a teenager for committing an assault.
David Hardy had denied attacking Benjamin Smith in Gosport on June 27, but the 18 year old was found guilty of assault by beating at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.
Hardy, of Turner Avenue, was fined £150 and told to pay £50 compensation to his victim.
