MAGISTRATES fined a man for being drunk and disorderly in public. Wayne Crossley, of Chale Close, Gosport, admitted committing the offence in Stoke Road, Gosport, on July 13. The 21-year-old was told to pay £220 in a fine and costs by Fareham magistrates. Gosport Borough Council is trying to strike a deal with Hampshire Constabulary over the reintroduction of street parking patrols.
